Our menu changes daily and dishes reflect the season and availability of as much fresh local produce as we can source on the day. This includes lamb from our own farm, mushrooms from our own forest and herbs, berries and fruits that grow in the wild or in our vineyard, orchard or herb garden. Amongst our signature dishes are watermelon and trout salad, goose and turnip soup, meat and fish pies and rhubarb and apple cake.

Our wine list is one of the most comprehensive in Europe and The Wine Spectator in New York describes as ‘outstanding.’ You can order many of the wines by the glass. We offer tutored group tastings and events at which you can meet leading winemakers from around the world and top Polish sommeliers and wine personalities.
