Kania Lodge is just a 40 minutes drive from Gdansk – the port city where the Solidarity movement that overthrew Communism was born – as well as the cities of Sopot and Gdynia. It’s only an hour and a half from Malbork, site of a Teutonic Castle that is the largest brick castle in Europe and about the same distance to the Baltic Coast with its fine sandy beaches. The drive from Warsaw takes about five hours, from Berlin approximately seven hours. There are regular train services to Gdansk from all over Poland and from abroad.
